Sirius Media BV offers a platform where users and performers can connect with each other. Sirius Media BV does not itself provide services to the user in the role of performer, but acts solely as a facilitator of the communication platform. Sirius Media BV connects parties and handles the technical processing of payments between users and performers.

www.islive.nl has no intention of supporting immoral interests; therefore, strict rules have been established.

www.islive.nl services are intended for persons over 18 years of age.

Persons under the age of 18 (21 in some regions) are also not permitted to act as Adult Service Providers (PERFORMERS). All Adult Service Providers were at least 18 years old (21 in some regions) at the time of the photography, as evidenced by an age document retained by the administrator. www.islive.nl does not present PERFORMERS as minors under any circumstances.

All PERFORMERS must meet three important requirements:

1. Digitally signing/confirming an agreement in which, among other things, the accuracy of personal data and age is confirmed.
2. Provide a scanned copy of an identity document.
3. Provide a photo of the PERFORMER in which he/she holds his/her identification document next to his/her face.

PERFORMER's accounts will be immediately and permanently suspended upon violation of www.islive.nl principles and terms.

On www.islive.nl, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage content (written or visual). At the slightest suspicion, the account in question will be immediately and permanently closed, and the competent authorities may be involved.

www.islive.nl reserves the right to immediately and permanently suspend accounts that contain an offensive screen name, refer to minors, or upon the slightest suspicion of forgery.

To subscribe or use services on www.islive.nl, you must be at least 18 years old, in accordance with the local regulations applicable to the subscriber/customer.

By registering on www.islive.nl and accepting this Agreement, the subscriber/customer/user expressly consents to the provision of services from this website during the withdrawal period and the subscriber/customer expressly acknowledges that he/she waives the right of withdrawal/cancellation with respect to the provision of the said services. This express consent is obtained in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EC) of 25 October 2011, transposed into the Netherlands by the Act of 12 March 2014.

By registering on www.islive.nl and accepting this Agreement, subscribers agree to indemnify, pay the costs of defense, and hold harmless www.islive.nl, its officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, shareholders, managers, members, agents, and employees from all claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by third parties arising out of or related to their conduct, statements, or actions, as well as breach of any condition, promise, or pledge in this Agreement and unlawful conduct within the context of this Agreement.

In the event of unlawful conduct or breach of the current Agreement by the subscriber/customer/user, www.islive.nl may terminate the account of the subscriber/customer/user and/or anything related thereto without prior notice. www.islive.nl is not responsible for any potential loss resulting from such termination, nor for any credit compensation or refund. www.islive.nl has the right to suspend the account of the members concerned and deny members access to the website and/or unilaterally terminate the account of the members with immediate effect if www.islive.nl believes that a member does not meet the requirements stated in these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination of the current Agreement as a result of a breach, unlawful conduct, or suspicion that a member does not meet the requirements stated in these General Terms and Conditions, www.islive.nl further has the right, at its discretion, to prohibit all related credit cards and/or means of payment (without time limit) associated with such account, when circumstances justify such measures.

The present Agreement enters into force on the date on which the Guest accesses www.islive.nl and/or the Subscriber/customer registers on www.islive.nl and accepts this Agreement, and remains in force until terminated by either party in full compliance with the terms and conditions expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Subscribers/customers can purchase credit packages to spend in the available Adult Entertainment areas; therefore, the selection of services must be preceded by consulting the corresponding content, price, and payment methods available on the website.

Purchased credits are used by a subscriber/customer at a minute rate in chats with PERFORMERS.

Purchased credits can also be used for tips, toy tips, and messages.

For information regarding bank charges, every subscriber/customer must contact his/her bank directly.

www.islive.nl accepts no responsibility for problems that occur outside of www.islive.nl.

Every complaint must be submitted to www.islive.nl - Customer Service within 24 hours of the incident. Given the complexity and specifics of the procedure for verifying the validity of complaints submitted after the aforementioned 24-hour period, these will only be acknowledged in cases of force majeure.

The www.islive.nl Customer Service Team may, when necessary, carefully investigate reports and other data at its disposal and, if necessary, use all existing means to achieve this effect.

In accordance with the express waiver by the subscriber/customer/user of the right of withdrawal/cancellation pursuant to clause 4.2 of this Agreement, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted if the subscriber/customer has started consuming the purchased credit package. However, some refunds are possible under the conditions set out in the following clauses.

Due to the payment system applied by the Website Operator and third-party payment processors, and provided that the conditions for cash refunds have been met, cash refunds apply only to the same amount originally paid upon purchase of a specific credit package, provided that the associated credit balance has not been used or even partially consumed. This means that when a credit package balance is partially used (including credit rewards), a refund can only take place in the form of credits (and not in cash) up to the existing prior credit balance, subject to the eligibility conditions. Eligible cash refunds are processed using the same payment method applied to the originally purchased credit package for which the refund is requested. As a result of a cash refund, the corresponding amount of credits will then be deducted from your account balance. Please be aware that certain payment methods do not allow refunds due to underlying technical limitations related to their use.

Amounts spent on related services, such as tips, messaging, offline/private messaging, and/or video/voice calls, are not eligible for refund/compensation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, www.islive.nl shall not be liable for defamatory, abusive, or illegal conduct by a Guest/Subscriber/Customer, nor for any performance or system error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, modification, or use of data, whether on contractual, tortious, or other legal grounds, for any amount exceeding the amount paid by the Subscriber/Customer to www.islive.nl.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall www.islive.nl or any of its related or affiliated companies be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, without prejudice to the provisions of this clause.

The website and all its functions must be used at all times in accordance with their purpose and intended use. Any dishonest conduct, action, or maneuver of any nature whatsoever, including attempts, with special attention to circumventing applicable rules (whether written or implied), may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Membership/account. Please note that the Website Administrator is entitled to act accordingly based on conclusions drawn from circumstances or factual information brought to their attention, either through website monitoring or otherwise within the legal framework. Cases of fraud related to online transactions are considered high priority and may be outsourced to specialized and reliable service providers, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

The subscriber/customer accepts that www.islive.nl has the right to use all available information during any legal proceedings in the event of fraudulent transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, browser history, IP and email addresses, and other traceable activities. During such legal proceedings, www.islive.nl may engage other professional investigative agencies and share certain information to comply with legal requirements, enforce its rights, and protect the interests of its customers. The Subscriber/customer remains responsible for investigation costs or collection costs relating to a fraudulent transaction.

www.islive.nl fully cooperates with legal authorities investigating cases of fraud and other legal matters and responds to subpoenas and court orders. For this reason, subscribers/customers may only use their own payment methods on our websites.

Please note that www.islive.nl reserves the right to round refunds or compensation payments and is therefore entitled to apply rounding.

Please note that as being a new user is a condition for receiving rewards, a new account registration on www.islive.nl is not considered a new user. Bonus/free credits are available only once for new purchases by new users on only one of the websites managed by the Website Administrator. Credits or other rewards are not available for purchases made by phone. Rewards are not part of the purchased credit package, and therefore refunds are NOT possible after spending/using them on our website.

Please note that if a one-time promotion is offered on a credit package, this promotion applies only once per existing or new user, regardless of the number of registered accounts (existing and/or newly created) and/or any other circumvention methods the user may employ. In other cases, the purchase will be processed without a discount and the number of credits obtained will be limited to the equivalent without a promotion. Please also note that purchased discount credits or credits from accounts with promotional credits cannot be transferred to another user or Member account.

All currency and transaction-related costs are included in the displayed price of credit packages. www.islive.nl reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

Misuse of credit card and/or email address verification may lead to the termination of this agreement between the Website Administrator and the user.

The Website Administrator may launch referral programs from time to time and reserves the right to modify and/or suspend a referral program at any time without prior notice.

Free Private Minutes: The Website Administrator may occasionally launch promotional offers in which users can receive free minutes in a Private Chat with Models. Specific conditions may apply depending on the promotional offer.

Subscribers have the option to unsubscribe from the services of www.islive.nl at any time.

If you wish to cancel your subscription and close your account, select 'Delete Account' under 'My Settings' in your account. Upon confirmation of your decision, your subscriber status will change to 'Cancelled' and we will remove your personal information from our system, except as required by applicable law, our legitimate business interest, or another permitted reason.

www.islive.nl reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription in the event of a breach of any condition of this Agreement or unlawful conduct by the Subscriber and to contact relevant authorities, including filing a criminal complaint.

When you navigate our website, decide to register as a Member and/or use the features of our website, share personal information with us, and/or we collect personal information about you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information and what choices you have regarding the use of your personal data.

As a Member, I have not provided any false information and/or documents, nor will I do so to www.islive.nl. www.islive.nl therefore reserves the right to terminate the current Agreement immediately and unilaterally at the slightest suspicion of forgery.

Access to personal information of www.islive.nl subscribers is limited to employees of www.islive.nl, who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Employees of www.islive.nl may be subject to disciplinary measures, including termination of their contracts and, in serious cases, even criminal prosecution for failure to comply with these strict obligations.

www.islive.nl does not send spam and does not tolerate spam, and distances itself from all spam-related activities.

The following activities are considered spam:

• Forwarding emails from third-party mail servers without the permission of that third party.
• Sending, forwarding, or causing to be sent false, misleading, or otherwise harmful information that goes against the interests of www.islive.nl.
• Using www.islive.nl computer systems to facilitate the sending of unwanted or unauthorized material.

Sending spam via www.islive.nl is a violation of the General Terms and Conditions.

www.islive.nl does everything possible to protect subscribers against the harmful effects of spam.

The use of all legal proceedings is being considered in the event of spam causing damage to www.islive.nl.

www.islive.nl reserves the right to occasionally send promotional emails about its own and partner websites. Every email contains the option to unsubscribe.

Registered subscribers may receive newsletters regarding www.islive.nl. These messages are transactional or relational. You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from these newsletters.

To report spam, it is recommended to send an email to info@siriusmediabv.nl. The www.islive.nl support team investigates reports as soon as possible.

Letter to the Website Administrator:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Guests/Subscribers/users/customers and www.islive.nl regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements.

Unless otherwise provided, every provision of this Agreement shall survive termination.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a competent court, this shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining parts of this Agreement.

The dominant party in a lawsuit to enforce the terms thereof is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable legal fees.

www.islive.nl may amend the terms of this Agreement and will post an updated set of terms on the website and/or send a notice of amendment and/or an email message to subscribers/customers.

If a change is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the www.islive.nl website and its services.

You may not transfer any rights and obligations under this Agreement to another party without the written consent of the Website Administrator. The Website Administrator may transfer his rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.

The Dutch version of this Agreement is binding and prevails over legal declarations by www.islive.nl.

This Agreement and the relationships arising therefrom between www.islive.nl and the Guests/Subscribers/users/customers are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes between www.islive.nl and the Guests/Subscribers/customer/user will initially be resolved amicably. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the Dutch courts.
