1. Your Information and definitions

  • Report:
    The act whereby a User actively and consciously creates an Account;

The Website stores and processes all information that you provide via the website. 5. Your payment details

If you wish to make full use of the Member database, you will make purchases. For these purchases, we require your telephone number or payment details, such as iDeal, Mistercash, or Credit Card. These details are used solely to process the payment. When you pay via bank transfer, you will be redirected to your bank's website. After payment, you will be redirected back to the Website.

6. Automatically generated information

To ensure the Website functions optimally (for example, to display pages correctly and to secure the Website), we collect certain information. This data is automatically generated during your use of the Website. This information consists of:

  • the IP address of your device;
  • the operating system you use;
  • the browser software you use;
  • the pages you visit;

7. Your rights as a user of this website

Sirius Media BV stores all Performer content and Messages that you publish in the Member database. The Performer content is only visible to other paying Users.

In particular, your race, religion, sexual life, political opinion, health, membership of a trade union, and criminal conduct are considered sensitive information, for which you grant explicit consent.
